Just returned home after an hour and a half drive from Wollongong, south of Sydney. silverchair just played one of the best shows I've seen from them, about a 70-minute set.

Can't remember the set list exactly. [It] was something like this: Leave Me Out, Slave, Findaway, Freak, ...can't remember the order from here... New Race... two songs I'd never heard, and I [thought] I'd heard them all (well, at least everything recorded, live and studio), Pure Massacre, Madman, encore -- DANIEL PLAYED SOLO - A NEW SONG FROM THE ALBUM, Israel's Son (best live version I can remember).

The new songs are great, much heavier. That Helmet influence is showing.

Anyway, that's all for now, gotta hit the sack, another long drive tommorow night, stay tuned... there's more coming....

Oh yeah!!!! It's great to see the boys "LIVE" again, can't wait till tomorrow night.
