Silverchair rocked the Kuranda Ampitheatre
on July 27 1996. The boys went off. This fantastic show kicked
off with Underbelly (local band) and then Reguritator took
to the stage. The crowd was really hyped when silverchair
finally graced us with their appearance.
Silverchair played songs off frogstomp, stopping
to throw in a cover, and they gave us a glimpse at some of
their new songs. They were all excellent. For one song Ben
and Chris left the stage and Daniel stood there alone, guitar
strapped on, and blew us all away. The music was loud but
the guys were not, They didn't speak alot except when they
introduced songs. They may have been quiet but it rocked all
the same. Can't wait until they come again...
