TEDx SYDNEY - 2011 SPEAKERS & PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED
TEDxSydney will build on a successful TEDxSydney 2010, and feature a selection of Australia's leading visionaries and storytellers showcasing their Ideas Worth Spreading LIVE ... as well as online to the world at large.
The announcement of the 2011 Speakers & Performers lineup includes Daniel Johns, who in collaboration with film maker Josh Wakely will be part of the line up talking about Josh's next production - a musical feature My Mind's Own Melody which he has developed and created with Daniel.
TED is a not-for-profit enterprise devoted to the propagation of Ideas Worth Spreading. TED started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment & Design.
At the free-but-invitation-only one day event at CarriageWorks in Redfern on Saturday 28 May 2011, a "curated" group of 800 changemakers, innovators, thinkers, creative souls, cultural leaders and social pioneers will witness a back-to-back schedule of talks, performances and other multimedia surprises.
